想请问有在做reporter gene assay的版友
我研究的promoter在加了想研究的药物後
internal control的luc值会整组(我测4个well)下降
重复多次实验後 都可以看到这种现象
看起来像是我加的药物会去影响internal control表现
有这样的可能性嘛？
