标题[问题] 请问PCR的taq哪一家好?

想请问一下 各位都是用哪家的PCR
因为我们要detect point mutation
所以绝对不能有proof -reading的功能
想请问有人有用过没有proof-reading功能的taq中
哪一个牌子比较好，可以顺便跟我讲一下价钱跟哪家定吗？
