Double-yolk eggs are common in poultry industry.
Usually when a hen is "old", her egg production gets slow and you will
get bigger eggs.
However, if the yolk is produced faster than the egg white and the shell,
a double-yolk egg forms.
Don't worry, it is not about immunity, but you have to watch your chlesterol.
