标题[求救] 基因体学期末报告请帮帮我

【问题】：GC contents of Burkholderia pseudomallei 1710b chromosome 1
有存在着high GC contents region & low GC content region
1.What genes were located in these region?
2.Have codon usage changed?
3.What phylogenetic relationships were presented amongst
Burkholderial
species with these genes?
【问题起因】：基因体学作业
【个人看法】：第一题的作法是先连结到
http://cmr.tigr.org/tigr-scripts/CMR/CmrHomePage.cgi
之後经过下列连结Genome tools=>Analysis tools=>% GC content
display=>1. Select an organism and DNA molecule:找到
chromosome 1 Burkholderia pseudomallei 1710b後按下submit送
出资料後即呈现% GC display，我找了5段high&low region下
手，找到一些genes，是否gene symbol就是第一题的答案?
第二题的作法:将找出来的genses做codon usage，将之与
Burkholderia pseudomallei1710b整段genome比对Codon Triplet
可是这里我有些问题 :
1. 比对的依据为何?要有多大的波动，我们才可以判断这些 gene的codon usage有变动
2. 将一个gene与整段genome比对的想法对吗?
