标题[求救] 有关二抗的问题anti-Rat IgG2a & IgG2b

最近要使用两支Monoclonal antibody来做Western blotting
一支的Ig class是rat IgG2a
一支是Ig class是rat IgG2b
所以二抗理当要用goat(or other species) anti-rat IgG2a
以及goat(or other species) anti-rat IgG2b
但是这种针对IgG2a以及IgG2b的抗体很少且非常昂贵
不知道我可不可只使用goat(or other species) anti-rat IgG这只抗体
来分别侦测rat IgG2a以及rat IgG2b
这样可以成功吗?
或是有人能建议使用anti-rat IgG Fab or anti-rat IgG Fc ?
希望有经验且知道的版友能够分享经验 :)
也希望能提供可以做出来的antibody厂商
