一般定义 CpG island 为at least 200bp at least 200 bp and
with a GC percentage that is greater than 50%
and with an observed/expected CpG ratio that is greater than 60%.
" observed/expected CpG" 是实验出来的结果 我猜
但是一般CpG prediction 的website 如果经由sequence就可知道%
不知有无专家对这个有研究
