标题[求救] ChIP中所使用的抗体

是介绍EGR2/CITED1 Transcription Factor complex的
里面在确认他们之间complex时是用ChIP之後再去跑real-time PCR

四条BAR的1.3是用MG043，2.4是用2H11
不太懂为什麽需要用两种同样都是针对CITED1的抗体!?
以下是materials中这部分的介绍
Precleared chromatin solutions were incubated overnight with 2 ug
of an antibody to V5, HA(HA.11, Covance), or EGR2(H-220; Santa Cruz.
Biotechnology); a mouse monoclonal antibody(2H11) raised against full length
human CITED1; or 10 ug of antiserum to EGR2(MG044) or CITED1(MG043).
像2H11和MG043都是对CITED1，但为什麽要用两种呢?是monoclonal 和 antiserum
的关系吗? 我不太懂这之间的意义....(￣□￣|||)a
