想请问一下为什麽有些DNA ladder的实验结果中，
有的ladder会很乾净，如

但是有的在各个梯型条带中有smear的感觉
例如上图的B，或者

是因为有一点necrosis吗？还是抽DNA或跑胶没跑好？
我最近在做DNA laddering的实验，结果就像第二、三张图，
测OD的结果260/280值大多是1.9几，不晓得到底要如何改进呢？
还是说细胞本来就正在apoptosis+necrosis呢？
