标题[求救] MACS streptavidin kit用法

我想要利用MACS streptavidin kit做biotinlated DNA 和 protein结合的实验
可是equilibration buffer不知道要用什麽?
kit本身没有附...目前也查不到要用什麽:(
本来想用HEPES来用 因为binding/washing buffer中也含这个
但是一加入管子中溶液却滴不下来
肯请各位大大帮忙~~
