标题[求救] IL-2的ELISA 方法 不太懂

因为我最近要做IFN-gamma 的ELISA
但是我不会
所以找了篇文献来看
里面大部分我看的懂 只有一样东西很不清楚
还希望有人能帮我解答
(省略写中间洗的过程和时间)
1. 一开始在盘上 coated with rat anti-murine IFN-gamma
2. 之後 blocked with IMDM + 10% FBS
3. 然後加入 sample
4. 加入HRPO-conjugated streptavidin
到这边我都还看的懂 (虽然也不知道自己解读对不对^^")
但是之後才是整个不懂....
文献上说:
After 3 h incubation at RT with the conjugates,
the plates were washed with PBS-T and a solution of
1,1-trimethylene-bis(4-formylpyridinium bromide)
[TMB; kpl, Bioreba, Basel, Switzerland.,
diluted according to the manufacturer's protocol,
was added to the IFN-gamma plates.]
就是那句manufacturer's protocol
这是什麽东西呀 @__@"

我根本不知道是哪个manufacturer's protocol呀 Orz
请问有大大知道他的意思吗?
PS 那篇文献叫

and semi-quantitative RT-PCR
另外或是... 有没有前辈推荐哪些文献可以让我参考的
