找到一个paper上写
"Frozen tissues were powdered at liquid nitrogen temperature and homogenized
in buffer A (5 mM TRIS, 4 mM EGTA, 2 mM EDTA, 5 mM dithothreitol, 1 mM
phenylmethyl sulfonylfluoride and EDTA-free protease inhibitor [1 tablet/10
ml]). The homogenate was centrifuged at
100,000 X g for 30 minutes ..

後来跟实验有做过得讨论，有做过mitochondria fraction的
觉的说用16000xg, 转1-2hr也可以, 但是量会比较少
因为超高速离心管要把体积补倒满，约12mL，
这样一下我怕浓度会太稀
请问如果改16000xg 转1-2hr 真的可行嘛?
