养过头plasmid的产量就会变得很少。你可以试试看养在室温overnight
或者傍晚养在37度，凌晨3~4点跟学妹一起抽plasmid。>//////<
以前我曾经因为这样用光一整盒midiprep 还找specialist一起抓原因
也是小量抽没问题，但是放overnight就抽不出东西..还因此换了两三
盒新的midi-prep..
