标题[求救] 关於细菌的培养方法

从paper上看到一段，将bacterial mating後的菌液离心，pellet以medium悬浮後
spotted on 0.45μm nitrocellulose filter并放在ager plate上培养
一天後再recovery from filter至液态medium
最後再涂在selective medium上
请问先养在filter上是什麽原因？
