标题[求救] PiT-1△sm和PiT-1 flox/flox的差别?

最近读paper看到这些专有名词，大概知道是knock out的意思
但想知道详细的差别在哪里
希望版上的前辈能够帮帮忙><
顺便想请教一下这几个名词的正确念法

黑特罗宅格是啥?可以拚英文吗? 三角形不是delete的意思吗?还是念delta?
sm是甚麽的缩写?

後来有稍微查了一下
Cre mice和flox mice交配後产生的子带即为△sm mice(gene KO 在特定tissue)
所以想请问各位flox mice 和 deleted mice差别只在於一个是无专一性KO
一个是专一性KO在特定组织
但两者的target gene都有被knock out或 knock down吗?
不好意思再麻烦各位了>.<

但是後面result有flox/flox mice和△sm mice做比较
所以应该是不一样的

可是△sm mice为何会是无专一性的PiT1 KO?
多了SM22-Cre不是会专一性KO在VSMC上吗?

所以Pit-1 flox/flox mice和WT是几乎一样的意思罗?
只是差在Pit-1 flox/flox mice其PiT-1 gene前後被lox包夹
让CRE可以认出来这样?
