标题[求救] TTC stain

最近我要做小鼠心脏缺血的实验，
需要用TTC stain(Triphenyltetrazolium chloride)区隔出缺血坏死的区域。
我看paper查了Protocol
The hearts were sliced transversely from the apex to base into 5
sections. Then, they were incubated for 30 min in 2% TTC
(Sigma) solution at 37uC and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde
overnight. The infarcted myocardium (negative for TTC staining,
white) and the non-ischemic zones (stained brick red) were divided
and weighed.
大致是说将心脏做五连切切片(还是分成五等份?)
接着泡在2%的TTC solution中在37度C 30分钟，
我疑惑的是，这方法是否适用於石蜡切片?如果适用，需要脱蜡吗@@?
我是有查到冻切拿来做TTC stain的，但是冻切对我有点小苦手。
因此上来求教是否有前辈做过能指点迷津呢?
