标题[求救] qPCR amplication plot 曲线

请问在amplicaiton curve起始就出现一个平缓曲线(左线)的情况该如何判定与改善
有时候experimental triplication 还会出现一个有 其他两个没有
threshold line都不晓得怎麽设
