标题[求救] toxic sequence的解决方式

我之後的实验要做infectious clone
而我要做的病毒序列中含有一些toxic sequence会造成胜任细胞不稳定
我在paper上看到有段文字说 "To resolve this issue, we employed the BAC vector
pSMART-BAC, which contains transcriptional terminator sequences flanking
both directions of the cloning site, thus allowing the cloning
of toxic or unstable inserts.
我不太懂transcriptional terminator sequences在此的作用为何
他是怎麽让toxic sequence在E. coli里变稳定的
有大大可以帮忙解答吗orz
