标题[讨论] 3c 4c 5c hi-c技术

小弟在网路上爬文，大约了解这些相关的技术
但是如果再选用方法上面，会如何选用？
3c是最早出来的技术，但感觉好像还是很多人再用3c它有什麽在技术上的优点或缺点吗？
那hi-c 是利用high throughput sequencing 多对多方式来找dna fragment序列，那它要
拿什麽sample来做？网路上的图好像是拿4c 5c 的sample，但是4c 5c的sample不是很少
吗？
