标题[求救] 请问蒸馏水 算是一次水（RO水）吗！

小弟要染IHC ,其中DAB染色液 说明书说不能用去离子水，要用蒸馏水
NOTES:
We recommend using glass-distilled water in the preparation of substrate buff
er. Deionized water may con-
tain inhibitors of the peroxidase reaction. Solutions containing sodium azid
e or other inhibitors of peroxidase
activity should not be used in diluting the peroxidase substrate.
想问各位用一次水（RO水）这样可以吗？
