谢谢大大们指教，小弟是用（50ul LB Broth+44ul x-gal+30ul ap+7ul IPTG)去涂盘在LB
盘上 . DH5a我都是用CaCl2的方式去做处理，小弟是想问plate周围是没推开还是菌死整
片，因为我几乎推到都快推不动了
