老年性黄斑部病变一直是影响老年人视力的一大疾病, 然现阶段的对於黄斑部的诊断仅能
依靠结构影像上的判读(包括眼底摄影及OCT), 对於功能性的评估一直未有很好的方法.
以下两篇期刊提出了使用暗适应能力作为黄斑部功能评估的一项指标, 并透过与结构上的
比对来验证, 同时研究如何最佳化暗适应能力的量测参数.
