标题[求救]一株CEA+cell叫作C15A3是什麽细胞묿

最近在做CEA相关研究
在paper上看到很多人使用C15A3这个细胞来研究CEA
然後他们都说这细胞是
一个 MC38 (methylcholanthrene-induced murine colon carcinoma cell line)
by transfection with a CEA encoding plasmid.
我想请问板上有人对这株C15A3细胞了解吗?
他为什麽可以稳定表现CEA?
