The Bucks forward suffered several hits to his head early in the season and was diagnosed with a concussion. He has been out of the Bucks lineup since Nov. 6 when he left a game against New Orleans due to vertigo and dizziness. "It's frustrating because it's nothing you can control," Delfino said in an interview Tuesday at the Bucks training facility. "It's not like a knee injury where you go and work out and lift weights. "It's your brain and every single thing you do, you're using your brain. I wasn't able to watch TV or read on the Internet or read books or even talk. Because if I was talking I was having headaches." Doctors examined Delfino recently and the evaluation showed him to be 90% free of his concussion-like symptoms. But he has to be symptom-free before he can get back on the court. "You just have to continue to work on little things and focus on that," Delfino said. "Hopefully step-by-step I will continue to get better." Delfino said he has seen specialists in Milwaukee and Chicago and they have told him he does not have a career-ending injury. "But I need to take care of that and there's no timetable," Delfino said. "It can be a week, it can be a month, it can be a year. "You have to be honest with yourself, continue to work and if you feel bad, just stop. If you try to overdo it will make it worse." Delfino worked out on the stationary bike at the Cousins Center on Tuesday as his teammates practiced in preparation for a Wednesday night home game against Indiana. "I've been riding the bike the last three or four days and it's really light," Delfino said of his workout. "For me it's going to be huge to come back because right now I can't do the thing I love to do, to play basketball."
