我也不确定我说的对不对
我的印象是 CBA 只适用於当时在 40 人名单里的球员
所以 non-roster invitee 应该是没有
NRI 签的是小联盟约,
所以应该是按照小联盟约的第六条第 D 项:
Club shall reimburse Player for expenses incurred in traveling from
Player's home city to Club's training place and Club shall have the
right to select the mode and class of transportation to be used and
the route to be taken by Player.
因此除非雇用陈金锋的球团叫陈金锋坐船
不然机票钱是会出的, 只是应该不会是头等舱而已...
Orz... 补一下, 上面老眼昏花看错了
跟 (2) 相映成趣的应该是小联盟约的第十条:
Club will provide Player return transportation to Player's home city
at the conclusion of the championship playing season or playoffs, or
if unconditionally released prior thereto. Mode and class of trans-
portation shall be at the Club's discretion.
不会把球员直接丢在原地乞讨回家的路费
