实在看不懂它解释的意思
还有下面这一段:
A firm that creates a carve-out composite must do the following:
1. Allocate cash to the carve-out return
2. Disclose the method of allocating cash to the carve out
3. Disclose the composite from which the carve-out portfolio was taken
