标题[问题] 问一个在课本中碰到的翻译问题

最近在读exam M
碰到两个句子搞不清差别在哪
one counted event in (t,t+h)
one event in (t,t+h)
请问有人知道这两句有什麽差别吗
P(one counted event in (t,t+h))
P(one event in (t,t+h))
之间的关系又是如何呢
