其中有一个关於刚刚说的建筑取消的部分。
这个在Buliding中有说到。
Be careful with the red X (Cancel), you won't get the costs fully
refounded after canceling a construction order!
意思就是取消建筑的话不会取得建筑时的全部资源，详细会还多少就还要再查查看。
