: ‧八支队伍，分两组，两小组第一、二名再与另一组一二名进行半决赛，胜者即取得
: 参与东京奥运之资格，随後进行的决赛则决定冠亚军（会影响到奥运分组）。
三月资格赛结束後确定代表中北美洲兼加勒比海区的国家去东京奥运的是：
男足：墨西哥、宏都拉斯。
女足：加拿大、美国
而小组赛分组抽签(男足十六支队伍、女足十二支队伍)将在2021年4月21日中欧时间(CET 10:00)於FIFA总部进
行。(瑞士苏黎士)在FIFA官方YOUTUBE频道上亦会进行直拨。
