详细雷来了~~ 我回来了~~ 寒风细雨中露营果然是件痛苦的事，而且我的研究物种非常的不配合! >"< 总之，总算回到家了，开开心心的开始找CSI看， 先放苹果店的笔记，本家的稍等~~ 片头，很好听的爵士风圣诞歌曲， 纽约街头充满着圣诞节的气氛(橱窗、摇铃圣诞老公公、礼物袋...)。 包子大跟星姐去挑圣诞树! 星姐: You have to pick up the biggest tree, huh? 包子大: Yap. It's a Taylor's tradition. Every Christmas we visit all the trees and pick up the biggest one. Next morning, after tearing off the gifts, my dad will drive us around the town to see if any of our neighbor get a tree bigger than ours. 星姐: And? 包子大: 17 Taylor Christmas, we never found any tree bigger than ours. 星姐: That's amazing! 下一幕，一名年轻小夥子偷了慈善机构募款桶子里的钱， 圣诞老公公的腰上其实有一把枪，他的手探向枪枝...... 再下一幕，一名男子陈屍在巷子里，星姐抵达现场，包子大已经在那里了。 星姐: Not a dressing for this season, huh? 包子大: Looks someone tried to help him stay warm. 3 degree burns. 弗帅走来，表示说有人表示听到枪声， 配合现场的颜料罐，看来凶手利用举枪射击那些颜料喷罐制造出爆炸效果。 星姐: Looks like he was bitten. 弗帅: Not a surprise. Thinks about the missing of his wallet, jewelry, or someone's Christmas gift list. 包子大: Along with his life. 警方拉起封锁线，霍克葛格来到现场协助调查， 星姐在死者镜片上发现油渍物质， 霍克葛格说死者肺里都是血，加上镜片的碎裂， 推断凶器是水管之类可以造成重击的东西； 丹尼在调查现场的化学物质，发现附近地上有燃料油，死者身上泼有汽油， 然後包子大找到一截香烟头，推测为点火的依据。 回到实验室，丹尼在调查那截香烟头，想找出DNA， 成功的追踪到一个Joe Ross。 丹尼跟弗帅联手出击询问Joe，Joe否认认识那人或犯下案件， 丹尼: Do you want to spend the Christmas in a 5*6 cell? Joe很不情愿的说，他那时人在跟小巷垂直的街道上观察募款的圣诞老公公， 准备下手去偷点募款桶里的钱，在他随手丢下香菸准备越过小巷抢劫时， 一台车从小巷里开了出来还辗过他的脚，他偷了一点钱， 圣诞老公公正在警告他"Don't even think about it."时， 有枪声从巷子里响起，於是他就选择趁乱逃跑了。 弗帅: So some of the mystery cars from the alley and run across your foot. You go ahead and finish the robery anyway? Joe: I was broken. 丹尼: You use it for purses and jewelry? I love that. Joe: ... I met a girl. She has a big list of Christmas gift, and there are a lot lures on the bucket. So...... 丹尼: (低头看Joe的鞋) Did you wear the shoes last night? Joe: Yeah. Why? (丹尼跟弗帅盯着他看) Oh, men, come'on. This is my favorite shoes! (最後很哀怨的拖了鞋) 霍克葛格跟星姐报告中辨识出死者了: James Manning. 他有一些药物问题的案底，但是去年整年都没有再犯过了，他的未婚妻将来辨识身分。 霍克葛格接着向星姐出示了屍体的骨骼扫描， 肋骨碎了许多地方，有些还是破碎性的，上臂骨两手断的位置也是一致的， 死者毒物分析出现高浓度的海洛因，因此可以判断案件发生时死者是不清醒的， 问题在於死者手臂上的注射针口都是旧的、至少一年以上， 只有大腿的针孔是新的，而有经验的用药者都知道那并不是一个好的注射位置； 依照这些验屍结果判断，死者其实是被卡车辗过， 这也解释了他身上的汽油跟灼伤的形状位置，Joe丢的香烟头是刚好引发火焰而已。 霍克葛格: ... There is no evidence suggest the car running in a 5 miles per hour. 星姐: Right. So whoever ran him over, did it slowly and deliberately. The car is our murder weapon. 於是由丹尼支解鞋子查轮胎印。 星姐则向包子大出事了两张照片。 包子大: That's our victim, and who's the other guy? (一名蓬头垢面的男子) 星姐: They're both James Manning.(包子大一脸惊讶样) When I first know his, I know there's something familiar. Then I saw the scar... I ran though the cards and the pull out his file. 包子大: I still cannot believe this is the same person. 星姐: With the bruise and shape, one can look very different. 包子大: It is never good that you look better on the atop photo than on your life. 星姐苦涩的一笑，然後说Jame原来是街角的一个乞丐， 她有时会提供一些饮料食物什麽的给James... 星姐回忆画面。 星姐: You'll freeze to death here. Is there someone I can call? James: No, no... you're wasting your time worry about me, lady. I'm a lost cart. 星姐: There is no such a thing! You just need to get out the street, get sober, and start taking care of yourself! James: But this life stop taking care of me a long time ago. 星姐: Please, let me help you. 回忆画面结束。 星姐: And one day, he just wasn't there anymore. (包子大盯着星姐看) Maybe it will feel better to imagine he got to some shelter and tried to make a life again. But I just didn't believe that. 包子大: Well. He did. In some ways. But somehow he ended up in that alley, being druged and crushed by someone who wants to make it looks like an accident. The question is: who? 星姐: Yap. Until we find the car, we can only take a look at people who's close in James Manning's life. 闪死人不偿命的夫妻档合作。 蒙大拿在查屍体上的轮印痕迹，丹尼走进来问她进展如何， 蒙大拿说状况比他们想像的好一点，她可以独立出部分的print， 丹尼则说他从鞋子上拿到了很有用的痕迹，可以拿来建立轮胎模型做比对。 丹尼: Team work. (从蒙大拿身後的的电脑转头对她眨眼，转头回去工作) (蒙大拿也转头回去面对自己的电脑萤幕，笑得很甜很甜~~) 弗帅到一间厨房去找一名叫做Grace Chanller的女子。 弗帅: Is there anywhere we can talk in private? Grace: Oh my God, does something happen to James? 认屍完成，她说她昨天当她回家看到James的皮夹跟手机都在人却不在， 她就知道有是不对劲，可是警方说要失踪满48小时才能报案... 包子大: We'll need the name of anyone who might be with him last night. Grace: There is no anyone. No family, no real friends... If he doesn't work in the restaurent, he's with me. 星姐: How long have you been together? Grace: We're engaged for 6 months. Together for about 2 years. 星姐: Do you guys get along well? Grace: Yes. 包子大: No fight? No arguments? Grace: No. Not at all. 包子大: What kind of car you and James own? Grace: A 2009 Lexus... Why are you guys asking me those questions? 包子大: We have to. That is our job. James was under the influence of drugs when he died. Grace: No, it can't be. It's impossible. 星姐: He has Heroin in his systems. Grace: I met James when he was using, but I helped him overcame that situation. I gave him a job, and then... I fell in love with him. We just celebrate his 2-year success. 星姐: Now, Ms. Challer, we'll need your DNA and fingerprint samples. Grace: Why? 包子大: when we found the vehicle killed James and process the evidences, we can eliminate you as a suspect. Grace: I understand. I'm sorry, this is just... too much... 星姐: We understand. (Grace跟着采证人员离开) 星姐: (转头看着停屍间) Sounds he did find a way out of the streets, and a great life is ahead of him. 包子大: So how did he end up at the alley we found him? We have to figure it out. 星姐叹气摇着头。 发现吻合的车了，被随便弃置在某处， 丹尼跟星姐马上前往现场，果然让丹尼在车底发现吻合死者的衣物的碎片， 星姐调查了车子登记在谁名下，是一位Sam Baker的。 星姐跟丹尼到达那处地址时，Sam先生正在录音室里录音，一曲唱毕。 录音师: Nicely done, guys! Un... Sam, there are guys who want to have words with you. Sam: O.K. Send them in. 星姐: Sam Baker? I'm Detective Ponasara. This is Detective Messer. Sam: Hey, that's the best performance we ever been. That's something got to arrest for, right? 星姐: ... We have some questions for you. (一边的丹尼: 囧") Sam: Right. That sounds serious. 丹尼: It is. Your car was used in a homocide. Sam: ... My car? There must be something wrong. 星姐: No, there isn't. That was the murder weapon. 蒙大拿在车底找到血迹。 星姐跟丹尼询问Sam。 星姐: Why didn't you report it under stolen. Sam: Because I didn't know it is stolen. I told you that the car is in the parking grage for days a week, sometimes even a week. 丹尼: How about the keys. Sam: I have two keys. One in my kitchen, and one in my apartment. 星姐: Hanging at the hook in your kitchen.　(丢) Sam: (怒)　You searched my apartment? 星姐: Your room, your car, the place you rent, and your recording studio. This is a homocide, Sam. (逼进) 蒙大拿在车底找到头发。 丹尼: You car killed a man. None of the keys is missing. Both of them accounting it is your fault. Sam: This is crazy. 蒙大拿在采集指纹。 星姐: You claimed that no one has the key to your aparment. So someone broke into your apartment, take the key, steal your car, compelete the homocide, dump the car and then put the key back! That sounds like anythind a sane person would believe? 丹尼: Not to mention that you cannot provide an alibi when the murder happened. Sam: I told you. I was home. 星姐: Alone. 一名女子走入警局。 女子: Detective Flack? My name Deby Felon. You're holding my boyfriend, Sam Baker. 弗帅: Your boyfriend is in big trouble. Deby: I hired an attorny and he's on his way. (递名片) 弗帅: Eli Cornicello, huh? Corni is big gun! Deby: You're accusing a innocent man of murder! ... You're so wrong. He isn't capable of murder. 蒙大拿告诉包子大说，证据显示James人在副驾驶座上， 而Sam的包子大认为那表示Sam在说谎； 但是霍克葛格走来，说不一定，他发现了James一笔金额庞大的保险理赔， 受益人是Grace! 於是包子大找了Grace来询问。 Grace: This is out of rages. I just lost my fiance. It was James's idea to get those policies. Living in the street, abusing himself in that way. He is always afraid of getting sick and dying young. I think I'm polite enough. I haven't done anything wrong. 　　　 (包子大默默的盯着他) 　　　 I know you think I have something to do with this. 包子大:　Most people sit in that chair, they lie. Each time we learn about the truth, we know more on how to identify the lie. Grace: Then how about me, detective? Am I a liar? 包子大: I'll let you know. 星姐跟丹尼在外面讨论，星姐说Challer的背景很乾净...... Deby又出现了，问弗帅说听说有个嫌疑犯in custody，结果刚刚好Grace走出来。 弗帅: You know her? Deby: Of course not. Would I? 弗帅: Her fiance is killed by your boyfriend's car. Maybe Sam has some relationship with her so she can reach the car, will he? Deby: If you're suggesting that Sam has an affair with her. You're wrong. 弗帅: I'm not suggesting. I'm questioning if thers is any connection between them. Deby: The answer is no. Is she commited have anything to do with the murder? 弗帅: I can't tell you. But, I can guarantee you if Sam is innicident or guilty, the truth is coming out. 蒙大拿跟包子大说DNA结果出来了，车底下的头发不是James的， 她将DNA跑了CODIS，找到一名死者Matt Davis，也是海洛因过量昏迷後被辗死的。 丹尼、蒙大拿、霍克葛格跟包子大一起比对了两个案子， 果然各种层面的情形都很类似， 都是更生人、都没有其他家人、有大量保险理赔金额...... 弗帅跟星姐去找Matt的受益人，Lisa否认认识Challer， 然後很不爽的问说给她看Matt的照片是要让她崩溃然後承认犯罪吗? 弗帅他们提到那巨额的保险金， Lisa很不悦的说要是他真拿了那200 milliom，她现在就不用在街角卖花了。 星姐: Maybe you collect that for someone else. Lisa:　Or somebody collect that for me! You need to talk to the person who went to the insurance company and pretend to be me! 然後女子说她以前参加过rehab，之後发现个资被偷了， 警察还曾经找上门问她一堆她根本没开过的帐号...... 星姐於是询问她那rehab的场所在哪，结果赫然就是James他们戒毒的地点! 这就是受害人之间的connection! 星姐告诉包子大说，James Manning, Matt Davis跟Lisa都在同样的医院进行戒瘾治疗， 而那正是Grace做义工的地方，Grace可以轻轻松松的偷盗Lisa的资料； 星姐正在烦恼说他们还是没有足够的证据把一切连起来， 霍克葛格开心的拿着一个组织玻片走来，说是领走保险金的"Lisa"留下的， 左肩部不正常生长的组织，主要手术後的东西都被催毁了，但是皮屑玻片还在， 可以拿来辨识比对DNA，找出那位"Lisa"到底是谁! 包子大让霍克葛格去处理这玻片~~ 包子大、星姐、蒙大拿跟丹尼一起检视案件， 想找出连结Sam Baker跟Grace Chanller的键结， 但是丹尼提出说Sam Baker看来是真的不知道车的事情， 此时霍克葛格的DNA结果出炉...... 包子大听闻结果後，让大家分头把Sam Backer跟Grace Chanller带到局里， 同时，还有Debra Felon小姐! 包子大: We do got a triangle, but not about love. It's about murder. 包子跟弗帅去餐厅， Grace: This is a harrassment. 弗帅: We're not here arresting you. We're offering a ride. Grace: Why? 包子大: We have a custody. 星姐去带Sam Baker，Grace经过那间房间。 Grace: Is that him? Is e the one kill James? 包子大: No, she is. 包子大询问Grace，弗帅处理Deby。 这两个女人合作谋杀骗取保险金额， 先是用Lisa的名字去诱拐Matt Davis，但是Grace在这里犯了错， 留下了那个皮屑玻片，Deby嘴硬想继续说他不认识Grace， 但是弗帅出示了手术同意书上的紧急联络电话，正是Deby的! 星姐跟Sam隔着窗看弗帅的讯问。 星姐: Sam, you're next. Sam: What? 星姐: Your life is insured with 5 million dollars. Deby annoced to be your fiancee and then all the paper works work. Sam: I can't believe this. I was once lived on the street, and then she help me get a place... 回忆画面。 Sam: Why are you doing this? Why are you helping me? Deby: Because I can. Because I know how it feels to be on the street. Alone, with nobody. 回忆画面结束。 星姐: This is all part of their plan. Deby and Grace worked for two years... Most likely, Sam, you'll be dead within a week. (出示James的照片)　This man was murder last night, with your car. We found Deby's DNA on the driving seat. 回朔画面。 James: I've heard from Grance a lot about you. I... I'm really appreciated the driving home. Deby: You're welcomed. You're really lucky to meet a person like Grace. (趁其不备插下预藏好的针筒) 包子大也结束了询问。 包子大: You choose people who are vulnerable and broken. People you knew that nobody will question your motives. What is it like to live with that consious? Grace: (抬头微笑) It's like being rich. 　　　 Something you probably know nothing about. 包子大: Putting people like you away from your rest life. Doing good. That makes me rich. Something you probably know nothing about. 弗帅也有同样的疑问。 弗帅: I have to ask. Two year, nurturing people, getting to know them, and watching them grow. How could you end up with killing them? Deby: They're like cancer. Living on the street like dogs, begging for change. Grance: How long you think that can last, until you or one of the cops found them death? We took them from the street. Deby: Give them two good years. Two year living in park avenue apartment. 　　　Wearing designed clothes and expensive jewelries. We give them things. Things they never could have even imagined to have. Have a life they were never supposed to life. Grace: We gave them two more years. Deby: Two years they would never had. 弗帅: The payment for that is their lives. 星姐: Look, let's go for a walk. Let's get you a cup of coffee, O.K.? (Sam跟着星姐离开那些房间...) 星姐: I felt quilty for myself... Putting couple coins or a dollar and a cup, then move on. Never looking into their eyes, never thinking that you can do more to help. Sam:... Those coins and the cup? That's probably the most. 星姐: So what are you going to do now? Sam: I don't know. This is not make me back to my hills. 星姐: ... When I was a small girl, there was a sign hanging in front of my desk where I do homeworks. And it said that "Temptations will linger on the door bell, but the oppurtunity may knock only once." Sam: That's ironic. In my sense, Deby provided me the second chance... I do plan to make the best of it. 星姐: (微笑)　Good. 接着员警把Deby跟Grace都押走了。 下班了~~ 丹尼跟蒙大拿出现在包子大的办公室， 丹尼: Mac, what do you want to see us about? 星姐: (拎着两个大袋子进来)　Just got last four. 霍克葛格: (从後方也走进来)　Last what? What's going on? 包子大: I need your help. 星姐: Last four Santa costumes. 丹尼: With what? Making the toys? 包子大: No, no, no. Delivering. 原来是包子大要大家去帮忙发送亚当在警局募集来礼物啦！ 要去送给镇上的孩子们~~ 大家穿的是小精灵装，弗帅找来了某位Copper警员， 他本来就为了警局的圣诞party扮成了圣诞老公公，刚好被抓来帮忙~~ XD 星姐跟包子大很开心的在Sam的乐团的歌声中看着开心的小朋友们跟CSI们。 心得: 1) 结局超温馨~~ 2) 这两个蛇蝎美人好可怕...(抖) 3) 有啦，亚当是礼物收集站啊~~ w --
