(为认识的海地朋友祈祷......) 本集重点: 1) 星姊抱抱~~ 2) 人果然不是理性的动物。 3) 丹尼这是又要开始虽了吗? = =" 片头，一名男犯被人押着前往开庭， 那是关於一名女子的谋杀案，律师检视着照片，陪审团交头接耳； 女子的母亲眼眶含泪看着男子走进来， 男子的狐群狗党们则笑着跟他打招呼。 法官告知犯人Mr. Reyes，他被控三级谋杀案， 受害者Christine Raynolds的屍体是被母亲发现的， 而对街有名目击证人(金发年轻女子)可以证实Reyes的涉案， 此时，星姐却匆匆推开了门走了进来。 星姐: Your honor. 法官: Detective Bonasara? I hope you have good reason to bargining into this court. 星姐: I do. 法官: What is that? 星姐: Antonio Reyes is released. 法庭里一阵惊呼。 法官跟星姐跑到後面房间去悄悄话了， 法官很不爽的问星姐说，到底是什麽技术上的失措， 让星姐必须要求当庭释放Reyes。 星姐很为难，只好反问法官说难道他宁愿之後再来处理证据污染带来的问题吗? 法官: If it will not let Antonio Reyes walks out free to do more harms... Are you prefer to do the consequences of that? 星姐: (转头看着外头一脸欠揍样的Antonio)...... 法官: Are you? 时间回到24小时前， 弗帅在询问那位金发女子邻居Karen， Karen说她听到Christine尖叫时还以为她是有朋友来访在嬉闹，没多留心， 弗帅安慰Karen，跟Karen说现在最好的方式就是协助他。 Karen冷静下来後，开始向弗帅描述她看见的在Christine房里的男子， 她并且说她确定之後看到同一人离开Christine家。 星姐跟包子大抵达现场， 跟同时出现在现场的检察官Craig Hanson打招呼。 星姐: Hey, Craig! Supervising D.A. salary, and you still wear the same old suit? Craig: Alway keep an eye on me, Bonasera? So how's the case, Stella? 星姐: Full confession. 包子大: Lucky suit, huh? Craig: It is. 星姐跟包子大走近室内， 弗帅向两人报告案情进展， Cristine有个街上大家称为Demon的男友， 这是个常见的名字，弗帅的人手还在努力过滤中； 霍克葛格从浴室走出来跟星姐和包子大打招呼， 因为Christine的房间主要都是地毯， 所以霍克葛格找不到鞋印，只在浴室里找到一枚可以用的... 不过这也证明了凶手行凶後又进浴室做事後处理， 星姐: That implies he knew he has time... What's the time of the death? 霍克葛格: ... 10:00 p.m. last night. 包子大: All right. Let's see if we can put boyfriend in this room. 丹尼跟蒙大拿检查房间， 丹尼想要弯腰时脊椎却痛了起来，低头检视床底的蒙大拿没注意到， 之後蒙大拿告诉丹尼说她在床底发现一个打火机， 鉴於Christine不抽菸，打火机很可能是凶手的， 蒙大拿跑了指纹资料库确认打火机的拥有者: Rob Meyes。 包子大询问Rob Meyes，星姐跟Craig在外观看， 星姐说她们会让Craig知晓进展，然後Craig离开了， 里头，被逼急了的Rob很窘迫的告诉包子大， 他其实有不在场证明，他跟一名叫Sarah Hanson的女子在一起。 包子大愣住了。 包子大跟一名金发女子约见面， 那女子就是Sarah，Craig的太太... 包子大先是普通招呼般的问Sarah孩子们近况如何，然後... 包子大: Do you know one Rob Meyes? Sarah: (微微僵住)　Rob? Yeah... why? 包子大: He's involved in one crime we're dealing with... He's using you as an alibi. Sarah: I... we... 包子大: I don't need you to give details. I just need you to tell me what he said is true or not. Sarah: (叹气) Yeah, I was with him, Mac. 　　　　Just promise me you won't tell Craig... 星姐、霍克葛格、丹尼在处理Christine的案子， 根据Karen描述做出的素描跟其他证据都指向Antonio Reyes， 弗帅出发逮人...... 包子大告知星姐Sarah的事。 星姐: Sarah is cheating Craig? Ican't believe it. They look so happy together! The couple has everything! 包子大: We have to find out how the lighter get there. 於是星姐跟包子大去找霍克葛格， 霍克葛格说他在打火机上发现的DNA都是残破不堪的， 而造成如此的原因似乎是他寻找鞋印时喷洒在现场的化学物质， 问题是，这种现象只发生在打火机靠近地毯的那一面， 如果打火机是在霍克葛格进行检查前就在那里的， 那应该是暴露出来的那一面发生这种情形...... 星姐: That lighter is left there! It's planted! 包子大: Besides us, there is only one other person at the scene. 回到法庭现场。 法官走出来後宣布Antonio可以以500,000交保， Craig: But your honor! This guy is accused of a third-degree murder, 　　　 and... 星姐: (怒气冲冲的走上前)　Because of you, sir, are under arrested. 回到警局，星姐讯问Craig。 Craig: What is this all about, Stella? 星姐: You tell me, Craig. Look, how lond have we been known each other? 15, 16 years? Let's not play game with each other. 星姐出示打火机，Craig说这种打火机很常见， 星姐指出打火机证据上的疑点。 Craig: I really hope you making some sense soon. 星姐: ... you know Sarah is cheating you, but you don't know who he is. So you planted it, to let us figure out the name for you. Craig: Come'on, Stella. You know what? That's the problem for people like us. We're trained to make investigations, and we're trained to to make theories... 星姐: ... I have to book you for evidence tempering. Craig: Don't do this to me, Stella. You're making a mistake, a huge mistake! And if you pursue this with me? I'll sue you and your lab, do you understand? Stella, you're finished. 身心俱疲的星姐走出审问室，结果Christine的妈妈等在局里... 妈妈: Tell me why. Why did you do it? 星姐: I'm sorry... But the evidence is contaminated and we have to... 妈妈: I didn't come here for a textbook answer! 星姐: ...... I'm truly sorry for what I have to do in that court today... 妈妈: Now Antonio Reyes is going to go right back to the street. He can do more harm, maybe murder other's child... 星姐: I promise, I'll do everything to stop him... 妈妈: How? 星姐: There are things we could do, steps we can take... 妈妈: Are these steps as efficient as having him behind bars where he should belong? (转头离开) 星姐: ...... (无力的把公文袋甩到桌上) 丹尼在穿护腰之类的东西，被蒙大拿注意到了， 蒙大拿问丹尼说怎麽回事，丹尼说之前在下水道追指南针杀手时， 爬出水道口闪避袭来的车辆的时候有点伤到腰了... 蒙大拿很担心的说也许丹尼太勉强自己回来上班了， 丹尼: I take more sick days, they'll force me take a medical leave. It'll be fine. 蒙大拿担心的看着丹尼准备离开。 丹尼: Don't worry about it. (微笑) 包子大跟弗帅看着电视沸沸汤汤的报导法庭里的事， 包子大要弗帅确认有人手随时盯着Antonio Reyes。 Sarah来找星姐... Sarah/星姐: I'm sorry...　(两人相视苦笑) Sarah: I never thought this will happen. Rob and I... we're just hanging around with each other... We... 星姐: Sarah, you don't own me any explanation. Sarah: ... I am the one who create this whole mass. If I told Craig earlier, maybe the whole thing will be different. And I'm asking you to help me now... 星姐: What's wrong? Sarah: ...I can't find Rob. I think Craig might do something horrible... 星姐: You mean to Rob? (一脸不可置信) Sarah: Stella, you think you know my husband, but you don't. You never know what Craig is capable to do. 於是星姐跟蒙大拿来到Rob的房子里搜查。 蒙大拿: It's all clear, no signs for Rob. 星姐: (注意到桌脚黏着的一缕发丝) But we do have a sign of struggle... 蒙大拿: I'll go get my kit. 星姐开始检查周边，发现窗台边一台收音机。 蒙大拿: You find something? 星姐: (眯眼) Potential murder weapon. (拿了药剂开始喷) 蒙大拿: It's positive. 星姐: Yes, but not to blood. I think it is peroxide. That can destroy the evidence. And it is put aside the window... He knew that the UV light from sun will degrade every DNA. (苦笑) Craig is good. Rule number one: make sure the body never being found. 蒙大拿: Maybe he didn't really kill him? 星姐: You and I both know that at rage things rarely end up with struggle only. D.A. or not, no one can make a perfect crime. 霍克葛格检查Craig的车，在轮胎上发现白灰色的物质， 经确认为Road Salt，与里程/GPS资讯交叉比对後发现了一个地址。 包子大: That's where he took the body. 包子大跟星姐与一队员警跟警犬们到了那间小木屋搜查， 星姐正在说找不到东西，可能得到河边搜索，而包子大提出异议时， 一只狗狗吠了起来； 星姐跟包子大走进那间贮藏间，发现一台农业机械之类的东西， 星姐发现有血迹在切割区域的刀刃上头。 结果那不是人的血液... 有点焦燥的星姐请霍克葛格再验一遍。 霍克葛格: If I ran it again, we'll just get the same result. You know that. 星姐: (叹气) Yeah... (拍拍霍克葛格的肩头离开) 丹尼去针灸，然後针灸完发现皮夹啥的都不见了... 丹尼: No, no, no, no, no. Don't do me this right now. (叹气) Hey, Linsey. (打电话) 蒙大拿: You still in OOXX? 丹尼: Yeah... I just finished that. Listen, I think someone just steal my wallet. 蒙大拿: You sure? 丹尼: Yeah. My wallet, my badge, even even my grandfather's dog tag! My badge, Linsey! What are they going to do with that? 蒙大拿: Okay, Danny. Just calm down. I'll be there in a minutes, all right? 丹尼: Right. (挂电话) Damn it! (捶铁柜) 霍克葛格跟包子大和星姐报告说，他在确认了一次， 依然无法确认血液是属於哪种动物的，他猜是狗... 星姐: There was no dog... 霍克葛格: There must be a dog nearby, Stella. 星姐: No, I mean, there was no dog in Rob Meyes' house. We saw a dog bowl, but there was no dog... Maybe Hanson killed the dog as well... 丹尼冲进来，说弗帅手下回报说看到Antonio往57街前进， 就是Karen所在的位置...... 包子大: He goes right to Karen. 星姐: Yeah, her testomony is the only thing can put Antonio to jail! 星姐跟丹尼於是冲往现场， 丹尼说弗帅的人是在Antonio使用一台ATM後追丢的。 星姐: He's cashing out. Till he killed Karen, he'll leave the city. This better work. Antonio潜进了Karen家，Karen坐在沙发上擦着头发背对着他， 电视正放映着Amazing Race，音响开的非常大声； Antonio往前走，沙发上的"Karen"回头举枪，原来是蒙大拿! 蒙大拿: Try to erase the evidence? You're done, Antonio. Take him. 星姐再度与Craig面对面。 星姐: What are some most common motives you've seen in your career? Craig: Money, drug, uh... 星姐: And jealousy? 星姐指控Craig刻意将打火机留在现场让CSI小组"帮"他查出Sarah情夫的身分， 之後去找Rob Meyes对质时杀了他，最後又刻意毁屍灭迹...... Craig: Do you know how ludicrous this sounds? What jury will buy that story? 星姐: When I testify you, they'll buy it. Craig说没有屍体评审团不会相信的。 星姐微笑出示了霍克葛格在GPS与农具上找到的证据， 人类的骨头细胞，确认後与Rob吻合，然後还有Rob的狗的血。 星姐: What's the thing you usually say at the end of your defense? "If you're not guilty, then you're the unluckiest guy on the planet." Craig: ...... I love Sarah. 星姐: ...(脸上动摇了一点) Craig: ... But is it impossible she bought someone to do this? Is it impossible that the true killer is still away from this? 星姐: (铁青着脸)...Good luck with that, Counsoler. I'll see you there. 星姐离开，镜头带到Craig手上的戒指，好大的讽刺。 星姐到Antonio的亭看着他被宣判、押送。 Christine的妈妈满脸泪的回头看到站在门边的星姐， 妈妈无声的对星姊说了"Thank you."， 然後最後法官也轻轻的对星姐点了点头。 本集心得: 1) 看星姊被Christine妈妈质询那真是让人心疼啊~~ 其实双方都有自己必须坚持的立场，唉... 欠揍的应该还是知法犯法的人吧! 2) D.A.也没办法超完美犯罪? 是说实际生活里悬案也没少过啊... Orz 3) 丹尼那是又要开始糟糕什麽的伏笔吗? = =" 阿边我实在怕了你们了。 --
