这网页提到三个 challenges
1. Other applications require an earlier version of .NET
2. Locked down desktops can not be upgraded immediately
3. Computers may need to have different versions of .NET installed
蛮奇怪的, 这里面大概只有第二点比较合理
第一和第三本来就是 .NET 当初设计时所要解决的问题
