不好意思 我要做一个关於螺帽 螺杆所能承受最大应力的分析 以下是我的solidwoks图档以及条件示意图 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0PwPQ3KuvhQQWhaSGtJcWV0Y1U/view?usp=sharing Force以及Fix图接如下 http://i.imgur.com/VADQ2Bi.jpg http://i.imgur.com/qJ8kx3I.jpg 我的目的就是向外施力然後看螺帽及螺杆的螺纹会出现多大的应力 由於我的螺杆一直没办法mesh,所以我用内建的绘图slice两半在form new part就可以了 问题出在我接触设定只要是设定bonded就分析得出来 但是实际 Frictionless无摩擦可滑动 或者是 Frictionless存在摩擦 但是只要我设定这两个它就会无法分析 出现 An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded. Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports. Also check that your mesh has more than 1 element in at least 2 directions if solid brick elements are present.
