I don't think there is a "York station" @_@ but I'm assuming you'll be staying downtown.. so here are some info I found: George Brown College: (downtown, not a language school, it's a real college) http://www.georgebrown.ca/Marketing/FTCal/access/R728_2.aspx 8-weeks program York U's summer program (North Toronto) http://yueli.yorku.ca/yueli_summer.asp 4-weeks program Hummber College's summer program 5-weeks live-in program http://liberalarts.humber.ca/elc/slp.htm#register University of Toronto summer program http://www.utoronto.ca/sep/adult/index.html But remember, these courses are not cheap. I think it will easily cost minimum $1000 for a 4 week program (because you are an international student) Also, I would recommand enrolling in a real college/university. There are quite a few "language school for visa students" in Toronto, but I really don't know if they're of good quality.
