标题[情报] 关於新移民法规资讯的真伪?

各位加拿大籍者，有谁可以查证这篇纪载的真伪吗??
这篇好像蛮严重的，意思是说加拿大过了一条法律让政府
可以随着自己的喜好任意注销任何非加拿大出生的在籍者
的加拿大国籍国籍，甚至把移民进来加拿大的人或拿双国籍者
化为"二等公民"。
不知道各位怎麽看?
