福音：玛五1-12 　那时候，耶稣一见群众，就上了山，坐下； 　他的门徒上他跟前来，他遂开口教训他们说： 　「神贫的人是有福的，因为天国是他们的。 　　哀恸的人是有福的，因为他们要受安慰。 　　温良的人是有福的，因为他们要承受土地。 　　饥渴慕义的人是有福的，因为他们要得饱饫。 　　怜悯人的人是有福的，因为他们要受怜悯。 　　心里洁净的人是有福的，因为他们要看见天主。 　　缔造和平的人是有福的，因为他们要称为天主的子女。 　　为义而受迫害的人是有福的，因为天国是他们的。 　　几时人为了我而辱骂迫害你们，捏造一切坏话毁谤你们，你们是有福的。 　　你们欢喜踊跃罢！因为你们在天上的赏报是丰富的， 　　因为在你们以前的先知，人也曾这样迫害过他们。」 反省 　真福八端向我们的生命提出挑战： 　　「你能决定你的快乐吗？」「你的快乐会带你去哪里？」 　多少次我们将快乐的权利交给电视来决定？ 　多少人将自己卖给工作为了换取将来未知的幸福？ 　明知道俗世间的快乐守则或工具， 　不论财富、头衔、美貌能带来的满足都有有效期限， 　却又不得不跳下去玩这个游戏。 　真福八端给我们一个新的选择， 　一个领我们得到自由的属於天国的快乐。 　透过虚心、自省、温良、慕义、怜悯、纯洁、和平、 　自我交付来体会的一种恒久真实的快乐。 　入境问俗，想进天国的灵魂就得先学学彼岸的游戏规则啊 　（姜岭神父） Gospel MT 5:1-12 When Jesus saw the crowds, he went up the mountain, 　and after he had sat down, his disciples came to him.
