An MRI on Sunday revealed Cavaliers forward Drew Gooden had a left groin strain. He did not practice with the team but did travel to Oklahoma City for the game tonight with the Hornets. The team listed him as questionable and will re-evaluate him after the morning shoot-around. Gooden suffered the injury while attempting a dunk in the last moments of warm-ups Saturday night before the victory over the Indiana Pacers. It is customary in the NBA for players to try to thrill the crowd a little with dunks just before the opening tip. Last January, Gooden missed two games with a similar muscle pull in his left leg. The Hornets will not be well, either. They might be without three starters.
