各位板有 大家好
日前 看了一篇理论计算的paper
[PHYSICAL REVIEW B, VOLUME 65, 174117]
[Vacancy and interstitial defects in hafnia]
这篇内容许多的理论计算
对於其中有些部份 实在不是很了解它真正的意思
[The formation of a vacancy introduces a new
double-occupied one-electron level in the band gap situated
at 2.8 eV and 2.3 eV above the top of the valence band for
V3 and V4, respectively.]
请问各位 这段所要表达的是!?
在valence band 之上 形成 2.8 eV(V3) & 2.3eV(V4) 这两个新的能阶?!
是这样吗!?!?
其中 [double-occupied one-electron level]
指的是?!
对於这部份 一直想不出来如何解释!?!!
希望各位能给一点意见!!!
