小妹拜托板上大大帮忙 我查过的答案被否决不满意
要我回去再查
步骤如下
1.纺织品 加10mL extract solution
(1g sodium diethyldithiocarbamate in 500 methanol)
2.超音波70度C 一小时
※Q: 为何要加入extract solution 作用是甚麽
3.+acetate buffer 10mL
※Q：为何要加入 acetate buffer 可以提高转化率
原因 及作用
4.+0.1mL 内标(monoheptyl triethyl tin&diheptyl diethyl tin)
※Q：为何选这两只为内标? 原因?
5.+dericatizing agent
(2g sodiun tetraethylborate in 50mL)
6.+5mL hexane 萃取两次
7.吹氮浓缩
※此反应过程结构如何变化 ?要画图
之後上GC MS
