最近在找关於蛋白质跟药物作用的资料
在论文中看到这张图 如下

图下写的是
Changes in hydrogen bonding patterns across 100 ns molecular dynamic
simulations
这好像是在生物化学中常见的表达方式(用%)
但是我没有找到相关的资料
想请问版上的高手能不能提供关键字
或是能解释一下这张图代表的意义
