CECAR8 will be held at April 16-19, 2019 in Tokyo. There are many kinds of ses sions dealing with technical/academic issues and/or special topics. We JSCE Young CEs committee have a session to discuss and share our experience s of failure. Although there are many differences in culture, technology, and rules among countries, it must be constructive to share the experiences of how they solved the problems. In addition, we think it is good chance to expand FLF activities. We are now planning a technical tour (sightseeing) only for FLF members. --
