Encoded TV program, typically should be a link (mms:// or rtsp://). You can encode it yourself from the TV signal (using windows media encoder with TV card, for example), or find some stable links as media source. We hope the bitrate is around 100-500 kbps. 2. 至少一台PIII以上的具有良好网络连接性能的机器作为服务器，最好有独立IP (在防火墙外，至少某些端口应该能够从外面访问，可以不用出国)。服务器 最好能够长期连续工作。对_一个 500 Kbps 的频道，上载带宽大约为 3 Mbps 2.
