标题[系统] 无法开启SQL Management Studio

想请问各位大大
要开启SQL Server Management Studio时
出现 无法载入套件 'Microsoft SQL Management Studio Package'
该怎麽解决呢?
OS:WIN7 SP1(X86)
DB:Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM - Express with Management Tools(X86)
(更新为SP1)
.NET4.0
有装VS2010 Express
查了GOOGLE，有说是.NET2.0的问题，但已经是.NET4.0了
也有说是空间不足，但不晓得要多大的剩余空间?剩余3G多的空间
操作
start /wait <CD or DVD Drive>\setup.exe /qb REINSTALL=SQL_Tools90
REINSTALLMODE=OMUS
则是出现
