标题[SQL ] 一直无法手动资料库

资料库名称：Oracle DBA
资料库版本：11G
内容/问题描述：无法手动建立资料库
出现这几个错误讯息 全部重来也是
ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
ORA-00200: control file could not be created
ORA-00202: control file:
'/u01/app/oracle/flash_recovery_area/E2028/control02.ctl'
ORA-27038: created file already exists
