标题[SQL ] 关於软体无法开启

资料库版本 :SQL 2005
内容/问题描述：
要开启某软体时，无法开启并出现以下异常讯息:
Persistence Environment check failed: The connection to the host YAOHUEI,
named instance toolstudio failed.
Error:"java.net.SocketTimeoutException:Receive time out".Verify the server
and instance names and check that no firewall is blocking UDP traffic to port
1434. For SQL Server 2005 or later,verify that the SQL Server Browser Service
is running on the host.
