not really. i am not interested in IT job anyway.
So this is another aspect. However, i had relavant working experience in Taiwan

do u want to stay in Germany\?
do u have working permit?
it's not really easy to get work permit in EU these days
and if u want to work in HR aspect, you better speak very good
german.
