Specifically, his recurring role will be a "well-dressed man [who is] as mysterious as he is wealthy... he is an acquaintance of the Queen family and a prominent figure in Starling City." That first part feels like it could describe pretty much any John Barrowman character — seriously, can you imagine him not being well-dressed and mysterious? — but there's some speculation this description might refer to the Green Arrow comics character and wealthy philanthropist Stanley Dover, Sr. -- "It's very simple: Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock and, as it always has, rock crushes scissors." - Sheldon Cooper @ TBBT --
