标题[请问] hex转成 traditional chinese 的工具

请问要怎麽把一串 hex string 转换成中文
我在研究 telnet 传送接收的资料, 能看到的 raw data 都是 binary form的
想要找个工具把那些 binary data 转换成 ansi(并且能显示中文)
