标题[问题] 关於plate arch?

最近念了一篇文章
其中里面提到对JDFP与北美板块之间的运动
在垂直方向的速度剖面上有plate arch出现
The formation of the plate arch has been
interpreted by Brandon and Calderwood (1990)
to have been caused by rotation of continental lithosphere
about a pivot point in the Puget Sound area due to Basin and Range extension.

关於arch这个东西，台湾有一个专门的翻译名词吗?
还有这种隐没带间出现的拱状构造，地表会表现出来吗?
