housing demand 也就是对房屋的需求 在很短期的情况下
房屋的供给通常短期内都假设是固定 在均衡房屋数量q不变下 需求价格p会上升
所以 需求弹性 dq/dp * p/q 应该会随着p上升吧. 我个人觉得(B)在短期比较合理
如果长期房屋的供给是正斜率的曲线 p q都会上升 那需求弹性就不一定上或下
p 固定 通常是在完全竞争的环境中 除非房屋供给是完全竞争 否则p 固定是很不符合
实际情形的的假设
