小弟曾经写过一篇文字讨论 "经济租" 和 "竞租" 的意义. 年与时驰, 意与岁去.
转眼间已经是一年前的事了.
总之, 既然小弟手上有现成的文章, 其内容大概也不会有什麽争议, (反正只是引
用 D. Ricardo 和 A. Krueger 的话,) 您不妨参考参考:
经济租最早的定义出自 David Ricardo (1772-1823)的 "Principles of Political
Economy and Taxation" (1817)，最早是讨论地租问题：
Economic rent on land is the value of the difference in productivity
between a given piece of land and the poorest [and/or most distant],
most costly piece of land producing the same goods (e.g. bushels of
wheat) under the same conditions (of labour, capital, technology, etc.).
竞租的概念则是出自於 Anne Krueger 的 'The Political Economy of the
Rent-Seeking Society' (1974)：
The using up of real resources in an effort to secure the rights to
economic rents that arise from government policies. In international
economics the term usually refers to efforts to obtain quota rents.
